He is very calm natured. He isn't really skittish at all. He is ready for anything that you can bring on and never backs down from a fight. He is very smart also. He is careful not to make mistakes, but when he does he learns from them and rarely repeats them. He tries not to let others make him mad. He's been around and he knows what can happen when you get mad, so he tries to avoid it. But if he gets mad...he gets mad. And it's obvious. Years of battle have taught him to be very aware of his surroundings, even when he doesn't know he is.

History
The first five years of my life were spent rambling around, from auction to auction. I was considered a rouge, so nobody wanted me. Then, one day I was put into an auction for the king of Macedonia. I had been from one auction to another, so I wasn't expecting much. But the kings son, Alexander, took interest in me. Everyone told him that he would never be able to ride me, and that I was worthless. But he showed them all that day. Something about that boy made me want to obey him, so long story short, he took me, and we became partners. Before long he began his training. Training to lead an army. He was going to over take Persia. And his chosen mount? That would be me. Before long we were both very skilled in the art of war. We fought many battles, got plenty of scars, but never really lost. We did loose a few, but for the most part, we won. The two of us together were invincible, until that day. They tell me he was poisioned. But I'm not sure what happened exactly. All I know is that one day, back in Macedonia, he gave me a pat, told me how proud he was of all I'd done and how much he loved me, then he turned and walked away. I never saw him again. Since Alexander was the only one who could ride me (I was a rouge remember?), I was considered a waste of money and such so they (the groomers and other people who took care of me) lead me out of Macedonia, out to the middle of no where, and left me there alone. With no herd, and never really having been alone before. But I relished the change, and took off in search of a new home.
